1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a VELKON account or using any VELKON service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Services
VELKON provides custom website design, build, and managed hosting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are confirmed via a project proposal accepted in writing or through your dashboard.
4. Payment
All payments are made manually (Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Cash) and confirmed by VELKON before work begins or hosting renews. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
5. Revisions
Each website project includes a 5-day revision window after delivery. Revisions outside that window may be billed separately. See the refund & service policy for details.
6. Hosting
Hosting is billed monthly. Failure to pay results in suspension and eventual removal of the hosted website. Cancellation takes effect immediately and the site is taken offline.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment for the build, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered website for your business. VELKON retains rights to its underlying design systems, code libraries, and tooling.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use VELKON to host content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend service for violations.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELKON's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
