01No-refund policy#
All payments made to Velkon are final and non-refundable. By paying any invoice, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final — we dedicate time, resources, and technical work immediately upon project initiation.
Velkon stands behind the quality of its services and is committed to delivering professional results as outlined in each engagement.
02Revision window (5 days)#
Each website project includes a 5-day revision window starting from the delivery date. During this window, clients may request reasonable changes such as:
- Design adjustments within the agreed style direction
- Content edits and copy tweaks
- Minor feature modifications
- Bug fixes and quality issues
After the 5-day revision period ends, additional changes may require a separate fee or upgrade request.
03Hosting cancellation#
Clients may cancel their hosting subscription at any time from the Billing tab. Upon cancellation:
- The website will be taken offline immediately.
- Hosting services will be permanently discontinued.
- The client will receive their website files upon request.
Velkon will no longer maintain, update, or host the website after cancellation. Already billed monthly charges are non-refundable.
04Important terms#
- All services begin immediately after payment confirmation.
- No refunds for unused time, delays, or change of mind.
- Hosting is billed as a recurring monthly service.
- Failure to maintain hosting will result in website removal.
05Agreement#
By using Velkon services, you agree to all terms listed above, including payment policies, revision limits, and hosting conditions. See the full Terms of Service for the complete agreement.
