Cookie Policy

Cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels) help websites remember things about you. This policy explains what we use, why, and how to control them on velkonco.com and Velkon dashboards.

We group cookies into four categories:

• Strictly necessary — required to log you in, keep you logged in, and secure your session. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional — remember preferences like theme, dashboard tab, and language so the site works the way you set it.
• Analytics — anonymous, aggregated data about which pages people visit and how the site performs. We use Lovable Analytics, which doesn't track individuals across other sites.
• Marketing — currently not used. If we ever add advertising or retargeting cookies we'll request consent first.

The most common items we set:

• sb-*-auth-token — local storage entry that keeps you signed in (strictly necessary).
• velkon-theme — remembers your dark/light preference (functional).
• _lov_session — anonymous analytics session id (analytics).

We may add or remove items as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.

Some cookies are set by third parties we use to run the Service — for example our authentication provider when you sign in with Google. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.

You can control cookies in several ways:

• Browser settings — every modern browser lets you block, delete, or warn before storing cookies. Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and may break the dashboard.
• Do Not Track — we honour the GPC (Global Privacy Control) signal for non-essential analytics where applicable.
• Opt out of analytics — email velkonsupport@gmail.com with the subject "Opt out of analytics" and we'll exclude you.

We'll update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove technologies. Material changes will be announced in your dashboard or via email.
